Meet the Owner

Matt Dodd’s career with McDonald's began in 2003 as a 15-year-old crew member in Northern Kentucky. Over the next 13 years, he steadily climbed the ranks, taking on various leadership roles before relocating to Louisville, KY. There, he became the Director of Operations for a prominent Owner Operator, where he helped grow the organization from four to seventeen locations within six years.

In October 2021, after nearly two decades of dedication to McDonald's, Matt was approved to become an Owner Operator. By December of that year, SEEK Enterprises LLC was established, marking the acquisition of his first three restaurants in Louisville, KY. Under Matt’s leadership, SEEK Enterprises experienced rapid expansion, growing from 3 to 17 restaurants in just three years.

Matt’s leadership and commitment to excellence have earned him numerous accolades. In 2023, he was honored with the Integrity Award at the National Field Office Meeting, recognizing his dedication to ethical business practices. The following year, in 2024, Matt received the prestigious Ronald Award, placing him in the top 1% of McDonald's Operators nationwide.

In addition to his professional achievements, Matt is deeply involved in community service. He has served on the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Board and was recognized by the Louisville City Council with two separate awards for his contributions to the local community. In 2024, he was also featured in Louisville’s "40 Under 40" list, highlighting his impact both in business and in the community.
